Mobile Understitial

Description

The mobile understitial lets the user look through a gap in the content to a large-scale customer visual behind it. It is a relatively discreet ad format that is easy for the customer to realize and deliver thanks to simple material requirements. However, it still has an attention-grabbing ad special character due to a parallax effect and the feeling of transparency or optical depth.

Redirect/Tracking requirements

When using Flashtalking, Sizmek or Adform, please use only the service provider's template certified with us for this ad. In case of uncertainty, please consult with your 3rd party service provider.

IAB TCF:

All URL-based components of an advertising medium (e.g. redirect, pixel tracker) must contain the IAB macro gdpr_consent=${GDPR_CONSENT_XXX} to process the TC string, where XXX is the numerical vendor ID according to the global vendor list of the IAB.

Motifs

The standard is 1 motif per booked placement. In the case of a motif split, a limit of max. 3 motifs per placement is to be taken into account, and 1 motif change per week in the case of physical delivery.
Ad Alliance reserves the right to approve each motif on a case-by-case basis. Ads that elicit too strong a reaction or too heavily impair the use of the websites may be rejected.
As of 5 items per campaign, a maximum of 1 motif/day/redirect per item is possible. That is why we recommend delivering several motifs behind one redirect.

Notes

For correct positioning on different devices, we recommend responsive ads.

In the case of non-responsive ads, the following sizes should be considered:
Portrait: 320 x 480 px (or 640 x 960 px Retina resolution).
Landscape: 480 x 320 px (or 960 x 640 px Retina resolution)

For redirects, the output size in Retina format must always be 320 x 480 px for Portrait and 480 x 320 px for Landscape.
